ORDER AND DELIVERY
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email from our shipping company with the tracking number. Enter the tracking web page to see the Status of your shipment.
In case the tracking number does not work, please try again in a few hours as it may take some time for the system to update the latest information.
SHIPPING TIME AND FEES
The average delivery time is valid from the moment of payment.
If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Shipping is free for orders over 100 USD.-
We currently do not have an express shipping option in less than 24 hours.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT
PROTECTING FREESBEE LENSES
The lenses of the sunglasses have a UV400 protection filter that protects 100% from ultraviolet radiation and is approved by the European Union. They also feature a polarizing filter that is ideal for reducing the sun's reflections on water, snow, metal surfaces and glare from bright lights, thereby reducing visual fatigue. Meller lenses are manufactured with the most advanced international anti-scratch coating technology, which provides a layer of protective film to the surface of the lens and increases resistance to heat, moisture, bumps and scratches. The oleophobic coating layer provides softness and makes it difficult for dirt to adhere, guarantees resistance to water, oils and sweat stains, can be easily cleaned without leaving traces.
Our sunglasses meet the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1: 2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3: 2008 and Australian Standard AS / NZS 1067: 2003.
GLASSES CARE
Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller box for transport . Neither water nor soap should be used. Keep away from direct light sources for a long time. NEVER WIPE WITH ALCOHOL CONTAINING COLOGNE, DISINFECTANT ETC LIQUIDS, GLASSES MAY BE DAMAGED BY THESE CHEMICALS.
It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down, as the glasses can be scratched or dragged on hard surfaces.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR CONTENT AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY
Freesbee sunglasses are covered by a limited warranty against
any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the
date of purchase. This warranty will be effective when the defective product
is accompanied by proof of purchase (indicating date, model and name of purchase)
during the warranty period.
Freesbee reserves the right not to provide free warranty
service if the specified documents are not provided or the information
they contain is incomplete or illegible.
If returned within the warranty period, Freesbee undertakes to repair
or replace the defective product or any part thereof at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The exchange and return policy only applies to items purchased through our official website.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us at info@freesbeeusa.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If we are unable to change the address because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our delivery service. Please note that this may delay the delivery time.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case of a defective product, you should contact info@freesbeeusa.com within 14 days of receipt of the order and send us a clear picture of the damage and try to verify the product.
When you need to ship the product to the warehouse, Freesbee will bear the shipping costs. At the same time that the product in question is confirmed to be defective, a refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER?
If you receive an order that does not correspond to the item you purchased, you must contact info@freesbeeusa.com within 14 days of receipt of the order and send us a picture of your receipt of everything. with relevant references and proof of payment and shipping on the box. After the content is verified, we will provide you with a solution.,
When you need to ship the product to the warehouse, Freesbee will bear the shipping costs. A refund or exchange will be made to the affected user at the same time that the order in question is confirmed to be incorrect.
The product must not be used and must be in its original box with the cover and accompanying labels.
CHANGES OR RETURNS OF ORDER
The product must be returned to the Freesbee offices to make a change or return. The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from the receipt of the order. The product must be unused and in its original box with the cap and accompanying tags. The return cost will be borne by the customer.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND
After the package is returned to our offices, it is processed before proceeding with the said return approval. The product must be sent to our center within 14 days of receipt of the order, must be unused and in its original box with the cap and accompanying tags.
If your return is approved, the full product price will be refunded within 14 days and you will be notified of the transaction by mail. You can expect your refund to be valid within 14 business days of receipt.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER
Your entire order will be debited from your bank account when the order and payment are processed and confirmed. If no payment is received after placing the order, Freesbee may cancel your order automatically and without notice.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason you did not receive an email, check your spam folder.

PAYMENTS REJECTED
The three most common reasons for a payment to be declined by our payment system are:
Insufficient balance. Make sure you have enough funds in the account to make the purchase.
The credit card is not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued in the same country as the one you purchased it from.
Your bank is blocking online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment is not blocked.
SECURITY OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
All transactions are managed directly by Shopify, our payment service provider, under secure encryption and strict banking regulations.
Your card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone outside of your bank, including Freesbee.
DISCOUNT APP
The discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website and are valid for a limited time only.
If you requested a discount code during the purchasing process but it has not been applied, check if the code is valid at the time of purchase. If you applied a valid code but it was not effective, write to us at info@freesbeeusa.com.
TRANSFER PAYMENT
Currently it is not possible to pay by bank transfer, but you can pay by debit or credit card.
