Return
If you wish to return an item, you can contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send the e-mail containing your request; send it to freesbeeusa@gmail.com with your order number, name and e-mail address.
In order to realize the return process, you can send the products that you will return to us within 30 days by cargo.
Items fulfilled through AMAZON Fullfilment centers should be returned to Amazon fulfillment centers. Once we Approve your return request we will send you Return Mailing Label to be stick on the outside of the package and Return Authorisaition Slip to put inside of the package.

Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed at the Return Mailing Label and affix the appropriate amount of postage.{Important notice:shipping cost should be covered by the customer}
Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
Refunds are provided within 2-7 business days after we receive them and carry out the necessary controls. Information about the return process will be sent to the party via e-mail within 2-7 business days.
Change
We do not have an exchange option. We request that you return the product you have purchased and make a new purchase for the correct product. In order to realize the return process, you can send the products that you will return to us within 30 days by cargo.
You can put the product you want to return in any package and deliver it to the cargo with a note stating your order number. Refunds are provided within 2-7 business days after we receive them and carry out the necessary controls. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only by sending an e-mail to info@freesbeeusa.com For orders sent to the cargo transfer center or to which a tracking code is assigned, cancellation is not performed and the return process must be followed.
We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms of Use. We will refund suspected fraudulent order amounts. Please read our Terms of Use carefully.

Damaged Products
We strive to ensure that all the products we offer are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern about a defective or damaged product, please email us with a photo showing the damage so we can review the matter; send it to freesbeeusa@gmail.com with your order number, name and e-mail address.
